As a graduate of the Hakomi Institute’s body-mind psychotherapy training, Lisa is passionate about overall health and wellbeing. She sees yoga as an enriching part of that balance.

Eight years of yoga practice in Alaska and NZ have proved a source of inner steadiness, physical expression and deep connections with communities of wonderful people.

Lisa’s classes aim to help you develop the joys and benefits of yoga in your life.

With a keen interest in anatomy, Lisa emphasises good alignment and safety. She’ll help you develop a greater awareness of your own body and breath, to help you explore and deepen your own practice.

When not practicing yoga on the mat, Lisa loves connecting with nature through running, mountain biking and tramping.

Lisa is grateful to her teachers Kelly Fisher, Katie Lane, Lynda Miers-Henneveld and Kay Hackney for sharing their teaching and support.
